Ampure International is a dedicated exporter of high-precision electrical connectors, cable lugs, and engineered components. We ship to buyers across the globe following internationally accepted Incoterms and stringent export packaging protocols. This policy outlines our standard delivery timelines, logistics options, and shipping terms.
1. Order Lead Time & Dispatch Schedules
Manufacturing and dispatch lead times depend on product type, batch volume, and custom drawing requirements:
- Standard Catalogue Products: 7–15 business days from order confirmation and advance payment
- Custom / OEM Components (Drawing-based): 15–30 business days depending on tooling and tolerance complexity
- Repeat / Volume Contract Orders: Scheduled as per mutually committed delivery calendars
Note: Lead times commence upon receipt of confirmed Purchase Order, signed drawings (if custom), and agreed advance terms.
2. Packaging Standards
All export consignments are packed according to international sea and air freight safety standards:
- Individual parts polybag-sealed with desiccant silica pouches to prevent oxidation during maritime transit
- Heavy-duty 5-ply / 7-ply corrugated inner and master cartons
- ISPM-15 heat-treated / fumigated wooden pallets and euro-crates for sea cargo
- Legible carton labelling with Gross Weight, Net Weight, Dimensions, and Buyer Markings
3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms 2020)
We accommodate standard International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020) according to the buyer’s preference:
EXW (Ex-Works)
Buyer collects cargo directly from our Surat factory; manages local and international freight.
FOB (Free on Board)
We handle inland transport, port handling, and customs clearance at Nhava Sheva (JNPT) / Mumbai.
CIF / CFR
We arrange and prepay sea or air freight to buyer’s named destination port (with marine insurance for CIF).
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Door-to-door delivery with duty prepaid (offered on special agreement for select countries).
4. Export Documentation Provided
Every shipment is accompanied by a complete export document dossier for rapid customs clearance:
- Commercial Invoice with HS Codes and GSTIN/IEC details
- Detailed Packing List with itemized weight & dimensions
- Bill of Lading (Ocean) or Air Waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (CoO) issued by Chamber of Commerce (on request)
- Mill Test Certificates (MTC) & Material Chemical Composition Reports

5. Customs, Tariffs & Import Clearance
Unless an order is booked under DDP terms, the buyer is responsible for destination country customs import formalities, import duties, VAT, and local clearance fees. Ampure International provides full documentation support to facilitate smooth port clearance.
6. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Quality Warranty
100% of manufactured batches undergo dimensional, surface plating, and mechanical checks prior to packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) can be accommodated at buyer’s request prior to dispatch.
Any transit discrepancies or damages must be reported in writing within 7 business days of receipt at destination port along with photographic evidence.
